Where do the shipping containers come from and how do you buy one?
Well if you buy a brand new one they are most likely shipped from China. However, we are your one-stop container development. We sell them for you locally in New Orleans and Miami.
What kind of permit do you need to build a shipping container house?

Yes, that will lower the cost . We will deduct the container price from your estimate buildout package.
Can I use my own labor team?
If you own your land and you don't plan to sell or need city inspection because it's not permanent, then yes we can negotiate a lower estimate for you.

We then provide our contractor and our team, because we specialize in container development.
Do you have a container sample built so that we can walk through?
Sorry at this time we don't have any for you to walk through. Right now, houses are being sold in a few days and most of our projects are personal, therefore the owner is not selling.
But if we have an open house we will post it on our site.
On estimate how much would you say we need to start and finish a build?
Depending on how big or how many rooms/square foot you want, an estimate will be given to each build out. However, most pay 70k or under if they already own their land.
What do I need to do to get started with the process?
First thing first you'll need a survey of your land. The architect will need you to provide that. So he can have exact measurements, to start your layout design.
Once I have my survey what's the next step?
Contact us so we can schedule your appointment, if you have a specific idea for your Buildout please have ideas,and sketches ready. We will provide you one free layout from the architect, so please be ready.
What happens if I change my mind and decide I want a completely different design?
We then will charge you a fee, to get the sample design you want. The deposit will apply to your total architectural package for the whole process.
Do we make pre-made Containers ready to ship?
Yes, you can purchase a 20 foot container ,1bedroom,1 shower with kitchen built in for 25k, shipping cost is not included
